United Parcel Service, Inc., also known as UPS, is an American multinational shipping and supply chain management company that announced its deal to acquire 45-year-old Mexican Logistics Company Estafeta for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition will be completed by the end of the current year, subject to regulatory approvals. Once the deal is closed, UPS will access Estafeta’s extensive domestic network in Mexico.
