CMA CGM has announced a significant revamp of its Transatlantic network, specifically targeting routes between North Europe and North America. These changes, effective April 2026, are designed to improve coverage and frequency for ports on the US East Coast.

Service Terminations As part of this restructuring, CMA CGM is ending two existing service loops:
Current Liberty Bridge: The last rotation for this version (featuring the final call to Baltimore) will be on the EVER FAITH, departing Southampton on March 27, 2026.
Replacing the previous structures is a newly consolidated Liberty Bridge service. This dedicated route will connect North Europe with both the US North and South Atlantic coasts.
- Launch Date: The first sailing begins March 27, 2026, from Southampton.
- First Vessel: OOCL CHONGQING.
New Port Rotation The updated rotation leverages CMA CGM’s terminal network to ensure reliable access:
- North Europe: Southampton – Antwerp – Rotterdam – Bremerhaven – Le Havre.
- US East Coast: New York – Norfolk – Charleston – Savannah.
- Return: Back to Southampton.
This revised network aims to reinforce the carrier’s transatlantic presence, offering shippers improved transit options and consistent terminal availability.
