Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has officially updated the port rotation of its Northeast Asia to Australia Koala service. The ocean carrier implemented these schedule changes to improve overall network connectivity and operational efficiency across the region.

Under the revised schedule, MSC has made two significant adjustments to the Koala service routing to optimize cargo flow:
- Singapore Replaces Jakarta: The service’s previous southbound call at Jakarta has been replaced by a stop in Singapore.
- Increased Adelaide Capacity: The service will now feature a second northbound call at the port of Adelaide.
Following these strategic adjustments, the fully updated port rotation for the Koala service is as follows:
- Shanghai
- Hong Kong
- Singapore
- Fremantle
- Adelaide
- Melbourne
- Adelaide
- Jakarta
- Shanghai (Return)
These specific changes are designed to enhance service coverage between Northeast Asia and Australia, providing EXIM shippers with stronger, more reliable connectivity for their regional freight movements.
