CNC, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, has officially reopened its import and export bookings across the Middle East with immediate effect. This broad service resumption covers shipments moving to and from Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

To support consistent cargo flows and navigate regional complexities, CNC has rolled out several multimodal transport corridors. For incoming freight, cargo can move through the Jeddah corridor using a bonded land bridge, followed by feeder or truck connections to final regional destinations.
For shipments bound for the UAE and upper Gulf countries, CNC is utilizing land bridges originating from Khor Fakkan, Fujairah, or Sohar. The cargo is routed to Khalifa Port, Jebel Ali Port, or Sharjah before catching final feeder connections across the Gulf.
For outbound shipments, CNC will route exports via Sohar, Jeddah, Aqaba, and Mersin. The exact routing will depend entirely on the cargo’s specific origin within the region.
This booking resumption applies to dry, frozen, and in gauge cargo. Shippers can utilize carrier haulage options depending on available space, while merchant haulage solutions are offered from selected loading ports. CNC advises shippers to reach out to their standard CMA CGM representatives to secure space on these newly opened lanes.
