KEZAD Group has officially announced five new industrial and logistics projects across its KEZAD Al Ain and KEZAD Al Ma’mourah zones in Abu Dhabi.

Backed by a combined investment of AED 147 million, the expansion covers a total footprint of over 84,000 square meters.

The incoming projects span a diverse range of manufacturing and supply chain activities designed to support the regional trade ecosystem:

  • Haber/Elixir: Establishing an oilfield chemicals blending facility.

  • Grand Line Industries: Setting up a manufacturing operation for car cleaning products.

  • Precent Enterprises Metals Coating: Developing a metal forming and coating facility.

  • Unibal Group Investment: Building its second industrial and logistics warehousing project in Abu Dhabi, marking its first in the KEZAD Al Ain zone.

  • Al Lul Transport and General Contracting: Developing a major industrial and logistics warehousing facility in KEZAD Al Ma’mourah.

The development is split between two primary logistics hubs, with the bulk of the physical footprint and investment concentrated in Al Ma’mourah:

  • KEZAD Al Ain: Hosts four of the five projects, collectively representing approximately 37,400 square meters, AED 47 million in investment, and 200 jobs.

  • KEZAD Al Ma’mourah: Hosts the single largest project by both value and employment. The Al Lul Transport facility covers over 46,500 square meters, backed by an AED 100 million commitment that will generate 300 positions.
