Taiwanese shipowner TVL Marine is officially introducing a new regional ocean freight service connecting Hong Kong and Taiwan. According to recent reports from DynaLiners, operations for the new short sea route are scheduled to begin in June.

To support the targeted short sea trade demand between the two markets, the service will be operated by a single container vessel with an approximate capacity of 1,000 TEU.

Shippers utilizing this route can expect the following port rotation:

  • Hong Kong

  • Keelung

  • Taichung

  • Kaohsiung

  • Hong Kong (Return)
