India’s exports of creative goods surged 7.3% to $12.5 billion in the first seven months of FY26, driven by fashion accessories, jewellery, carpets, and toys. The United Arab Emirates has emerged as the largest market, capturing a 31% share, surpassing the US. 
Globally, India solidified its position as the third-largest exporter of creative goods among developing economies in 2023, following China and Hong Kong. India’s contribution accounted for approximately 3% of the total global exports in this category.
