The Uttar Pradesh government is developing an apparel park spread across 175 acres in Sector 29 under the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), a project expected to house around 100 export-oriented garment units.

Planned on a cluster-based model, the apparel park will offer shared infrastructure and common services, enabling participating units to improve operational efficiency and productivity. The government said the approach is aimed at strengthening the state’s export-focused apparel manufacturing ecosystem.
The location has been identified as a key advantage for the project. According to the state government, direct connectivity to the Yamuna Expressway and proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport will significantly enhance the park’s ability to support garment exports. Its closeness to the Delhi-NCR region is expected to lower logistics costs and enable faster, time-bound deliveries, which are critical for export-oriented businesses.
