This new greenfield terminal has secured its rail handling capabilities. In Q3 2025, the facility will install 30 Konecranes RTGs to build its operating foundation. To support this, the terminal also ordered two Konecranes Rail Mounted Gantry (RMG) cranes.
Precision and Safety,Konecranes equips each unit with a twin-lift spreader and a rotating trolley. This tech ensures precise container alignment during rail operations.
Furthermore, Active Load Control (ALC) eliminates container sway. This improves placement accuracy and keeps handlers safe. The new RMGs ensure a smooth flow of containers on the rails. They also synchronize perfectly with the volume that the RTGs handle in the stacks.
