Fincantieri has officially delivered the Four Seasons I from its Ancona shipyard. As the first of two ultra luxury cruise ships ordered for the Four Seasons hotel and lifestyle brand

Operated by joint owner Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, the Four Seasons I is designed to maximize passenger space, offering 50% more living area per guest than standard industry offerings.

  • Dimensions: 35,040 gross tons and 207 meters (679 feet) in length.
  • Capacity: Accommodates just 222 passengers across 95 luxury suites.
  • Accommodations: Suites range from 2,981 to 9,975 square feet, featuring modular walls for over 100 connection options. The signature Funnel Suite spans four decks with a massive glass wall.
  • Amenities: Includes 11 dining options, a full spa, a transverse marina, and an 18-by-65-foot stern pool.

Fincantieri CEO Pierroberto Folgiero described the vessel as a new paradigm for hospitality, calling it the first “Navis Sapiens.” The ship utilizes an evolutive digital architecture powered by AI and real-time data to support safe, efficient, and future-proof operations. Its scalable design allows operators to integrate new maritime technologies without disrupting the guest experience.

Following a keel laying in July 2024 and a January 2025 launch, the Four Seasons I is scheduled for its maiden voyage in the Mediterranean on March 20. A second ship is due in 2027, with a third expected by 2030.
