Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has appointed Rahul Bhasin as its new Global Vice President of Automotive Logistics.

Reporting directly to Chief Commercial Officer Alexandra Olvera, Bhasin will spearhead the company’s global automotive logistics operations. His primary focus will be expanding Hellmann’s strategic role as a core logistics partner for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
This leadership appointment comes at a critical time for the automotive sector, which is currently navigating massive structural shifts driven by electrification, digitalization, and realigning global supply chains.
Madhav Kurup, COO of Airfreight, Seafreight, and Contract Logistics at Hellmann, highlighted the sector’s importance to the company’s bottom line. “The automotive industry is one of the most strategically important and innovation-driven sectors in our global portfolio,” Kurup stated, noting that Hellmann is actively looking to expand its footprint to support customers in this rapidly evolving market.
Bhasin brings more than 15 years of international leadership experience within the automotive industry to his new role. His professional background spans the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and European markets. Throughout his career, he has successfully driven market expansion strategies, global business growth initiatives, and customer experience development.
CCO Alexandra Olvera added that Bhasin’s deep international experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in strengthening Hellmann’s automotive logistics capabilities on a global scale.
