Sidra Line Launches Black Sea Feeder Service to Novorossiysk

Sidra Line has officially introduced its new Black Sea Feeder Service (BFS). This newly established shipping route creates a direct maritime connection between key Turkish export hubs and the Russian port of Novorossiysk.

The new BFS loop links the ports of Ambarli and Izmit directly with Novorossiysk. Operationally, this route functions as a strategic extension of the carrier’s existing Turkiye North Africa Express (TNX), a service that currently connects those exact same Turkish ports with Misurata and Benghazi in Libya.

To maintain steady cargo flows, both the BFS and TNX services are actively operated by a single container vessel with an approximate capacity of 600 TEU.

With the launch of the BFS route, Sidra Line is actively expanding its regional logistics footprint. The ocean carrier is now able to offer international shippers additional feeder connectivity bridging Turkey, the Black Sea, and North Africa, all while successfully optimizing vessel deployment across its broader network.
