Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has officially launched its long delayed Phoenix service. This newly operational route establishes a critical maritime connection between key destination ports in the Mediterranean and the Far East.

Originally scheduled to begin operations a year earlier, the Phoenix service is now actively deploying vessels ranging from 8,000 to 11,000 TEU. By introducing this larger tonnage to the trade lane, MSC is directly offering shippers increased capacity and expanded routing options for their international cargo.
The new service is structurally designed to support growing trade flows between the two distinct regions. Shippers utilizing the Phoenix route can expect the following port rotation:
Busan
Ningbo
Shanghai
Shenzhen (Shekou)
Singapore
Iskenderun
Trieste
Koper
Rijeka
Aliaga
Singapore
Busan (Return)
