Ningbo Ocean has officially announced the cancellation of its China Korea Japan (CKS) service. This move is part of a broader strategic restructuring aimed at optimizing port coverage and improving overall operational efficiency across the carrier’s intra Asia logistics network.

The discontinued CKS loop previously connected Ningbo, Shanghai, and Busan directly with the Japanese ports of Hakata and Moji. Under the newly restructured setup, Hakata and Moji will now be serviced through the revised CJKS1 service, effectively replacing Nagoya in that specific rotation.

Shippers utilizing the revised CJKS1 service will see the following port rotation:

  • Zhapu

  • Ningbo

  • Hakata

  • Moji

  • Osaka

  • Kobe

  • Zhapu (Return)

As a direct result of these network changes, the port of Nagoya has been reassigned to the CJKT1 service. This loop has been specifically updated to accommodate the shift and maintain steady cargo flows for regional importers and exporters.

The updated CJKT1 service rotation will now call at:

  • Zhapu

  • Ningbo

  • Nagoya

  • Shimizu

  • Tokyo

  • Yokohama

  • Zhapu (Return)
